Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel provided us with a very small room for the price paid, and everything in the bathroom got wet when showering, which didn't meet our expectations of a Five-star experience. However, the staff were exceptional in helping book great places in Paris, even assisting in finding an extra room nearby for my mom. The location was perfect, close to ChampsElysees but nestled on a peaceful side street. The dining options were limited but satisfactory. The hotel had all the necessary amenities and more. Service will definitely bring me back, but the room size and bathroom setup were disappointing.
I loved staying at this hotel! The rooms have a beautiful view of the Tower, and though they were a bit small, they were nicely appointed. The only drawback was the lack of storage for clothes or towels in the bathroom. The service was top-notch, with incredibly friendly staff who catered to all my needs. The location was wonderful, just off the Champs Elysees, so it was central with great shops nearby. The dining options could be more varied, but the overall experience was fantastic.
I found the hotel to have extremely dark and depressive rooms with black curtains to the ceiling, yet they were very comfortable and well-equipped. The staff was already professional and especially helpful for my work meetings. The room size was extremely small, around 10 m2, limiting space to spread out normal travel accessories like electronics and recharging items.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. While the room decor was stylish with beautiful scents and stunning views, it felt a bit cramped due to limited space for unpacking. The service was exceptional, with very kind and friendly staff. The location, nestled just off the vibrant Champs Elysees, was a perfect base for exploring Paris. The dining options, although having what I needed, lacked variety. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory, but some improvements could enhance the experience.
The hotel offers comfortable and well-equipped rooms in a convenient location for work meetings, although some rooms lack natural light. The friendly and helpful staff enhance the overall experience, and the central location makes it easy to explore Paris. The dining options are satisfactory, with room for improvement in variety. Overall, a decent choice with good value for money.
